Cons

manufacturing is not the way to go with this company. take a program position. in manufacturing you will be overworked. management is inexperienced and young. OLDPs get priority for promotions....even the bad ones. growth opportunities are limited. no natural promotion progression.

Good pay and benefits, the first 6 years was great,

Cons

the next 3 mixed and the last year. Well they are really hard on QA. QA manager turn over was 11 different ones in 10 year. A tour of space X made it look like a dumpster fire by comparison.
