Pros

Family culture, quality work, smart people, and travel (although not great places). Work has a purpose and you see the impact once the technology is deployed. Staff care about quality.

Cons

Lots of structure which no one deviates from, tough to grow, not a lot of new opportunity, most folks are protective of there small piece of the pie, and some complacency among management.

Pros

Many challenging and diversew project assignments over my 25 years at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Dallas, TX.

Cons

There are no real cons. You do have to work with many different people and some of these are hard to work with. This is just something you have to adapt to.
