Pros

Program managers have full authority along with high level of responsibility. Many programs run into millions of dollars and there is a good level of delegation of authority to respective CAMs

Cons

Internal processes especially export controls are very rigorous but at times they are too onerous and too long to process which delays the delivery of spare parts.

Pros

Open to allowing individuals to explore different functions and roles; Great people with down to earth personalities work at the company; Exceptional CEO and Executive Leadership Team; Understand work life balance

Cons

Talent development and management process lacks progression. Company needs to do a better job developing the leaders of tomorrow by placing individuals in true stretch assignments - and not waiting until they are fully prepared to take on leadership riles.
