Pros

Great Corporate Executive Leadership Very diverse aerospace/defense engineering company Healthy stock valuation and backlog in 4 of 5 business

Cons

The IT portion of the business is about to be spun off. Depending on who the merge partner and the leadership team that will guide the merged company will determine the future of this once outstanding business arm.
