      Pros

      Good people, can't beat having every other Friday off, projects can be interesting sometimes. Depends on the procurement cycle.

      Cons

      HR is trying to flatten the organization and it is all but impossible to get a promotion unless you fit into the special "diversity" categories. Age discrimination is also rampant.

      LM has great benefits, employees a diverse team, and room for advancement into many different areas. I would recommend working for LM.

      It is a large company and has a lot of bureaucracy.
