Working for a Lockheed Marting will ensure you have no shortage of challenging work but the vast majority of people are capable, the expanding UK footprint of the company provides job opportunities which are rewarded with , reasonable to good benefits.

Cons

Long hours are not uncommon and with challenge comes pressure and demands. geographical mobility in terms of working at other locations is also required at times. Pay is reasonable to good but there is no bonus scheme

Excellent Performance is rewarded with monetary awards and pay increases. The culture is centered around ethics, accountability, and building partnerships.

Cons

The senior leadership can be reactionary and respond in fear to risks. This type of response is counter productive and provided little in the way of leadership.
