      4 day work week (Friday-Sunday are overtime/double time). Get paid weekly

      Cons

      There’s a constant battle between working fast and producing quality work. Management is constantly pushing employees to work faster, which causes a decline in quality. When employees work at a good pace without management hassling them, they are able to work more efficiently and perform better.

      Hourly Employees are represented and no way to control raises. The application process when applying for an upgrade The atmosphere is somewhat negative It is a Union environment
