Pros
Jobs and people are great. Must of the time it was a great place to work. Pay and benefits are great compared to other companies in the area.
Cons
Management doesn't have a clue. They are afraid to think and make decisions on their own. They just tow the line from above. If you are an older employee look out. Way too much politics. The company is like congress, sometimes its just plain impossible to get simple common sense thingsGet done. They can't and won't survive if the government ever gets serious about doing business like commercial companies do.
