Haven't had a bad manager since I started The benefits are really nice The culture in the teams I've worked has been generally positive The schedule is generally favorable and they seek to offer a lot of flexibility
Cons
As typical of most companies, you run into difficult people Bringing about change is difficult because of an attitude of "we've always done it this way" The job fluctuates between extremely slow and unengaging to swamped and frantic with not much middle-ground of just a consistent level of work Extremely difficult to get promotions in your role. Easier to just apply for a different role in the company. Or to role outside the company and then reapply a few months or more later.
