Though current Corporate/Space Systems executive leadership have 100+ collective years of experience at LM, they seem ill-prepared to navigate changing financial, political, and technical environment (ex. Commercial Ventures effort seems like a feeble attempt to breathe new life into the business). Simply put, LM Space Systems has fallen out of favor. What is particularly frustrating is the lack of transparency between executive leadership and workforce.

Boring, white-collar, Office Space-style cube farm. Work with outdated technology (literally worked on 30 year old C code). Work through a million processes to get anything done. No internet access (I had to get up and walk across the room to a shared computer to look up things on the internet). Lots of old people coasting to retirement.
