If you reach level 4, your job is constantly at risk until you reach level 6 or above. Too much restructuring, not much job security anymore. Insurance costs keep rising, not much room for growth, seems like the company is taking a different direction. Now they are freezing all transfers from our business unit in anticipation of the elimination of several contracts and many employees possibly being laid off in the coming months. Work life balance is non-existent. Expect you to work an extra 4-8 hours a week "just because" when sometimes there is no additional work to do that couldn't be done during the regular 40 work week and it is enforced more with some rather than others. Pay is not as competition as it used to be.
