      4/10 schedule - off every Friday. 8% 401k match. Easy job, easy living

      Cons

      If you want to hustle and grind to move up this isn’t the place. They care more about years working than actual achievements. A lot of white guys and a lot of conservative views amongst the older people.

      Pros

      LM Space is a great company! There are lots of opportunities to go to other programs, the pay is decent, and it can be a fun place to work.

      Cons

      STRONGLY advise against working for LM Space at NBK-Bangor. Ethics complaints are weaponized, senior management lacks fundamental leadership skills, Human Resources are not responsive, and the Navy customer is very difficult to work with which is magnified when working as a contractor on "their" base. Employees who transfer from this site consistently say that their life and job is so much better, and there is a large exodus happening right now. A senior leader asked me why a coworker of mine did not come to them to talk about a planned surgery so they could "practice their empathetic leadership skills." That leader never called to check on the employee after the surgery either.
