      Pros

      I have had the opportunity to work on very exciting projects and own a portion of the code base. However I have also found myself in roles where I felt like I was just closing tickets.

      Cons

      The culture is pretty awful. Leadership is made up almost entirely of people trying to climb the ladder and there are very few who actually want to take care of the people they manage.

      Exciting Projects, relaxed culture, flexibility, great support.

      Cons

      Long work hours take time to get used to, but they give you 3 day weekends which is amazing.

      Pros

      The people are what make it what it is here. The variety of programs to work on is pretty awesome and people need to be dedicated to the mission when applying.

      Cons

      Need experienced and dedicated people. Not college intend that are learning from 40 year veterans that are about to retire.
