Pros

- Natural networking events in-place. Part of a cohort and easier to connect with other LM employees across all sites. - Better tuition reimbursement policy compared to non-LDP employees - Finding roles post OLDP is typically pretty easy for those looking to stay in ops.

Cons

- Promotion/Salary raises being compared to via other LDPs instead of general population. You are being compared to the "best of the best," and a top performer will only be marginally rewarded with an extra 1.5% bonus compared to the bottom-most performer. - Performance reviews being completed by OLDP managers who are not always plugged into what you're doing on a daily basis and cannot vouch for you on a true level. - OLDP Corporate business projects that don't truly amount to much - Corporate politics

It’s okay

Pros

Good pay, job security, flexible, work from home. It’s also a 4 day week, with 10 hr days.

Cons

The environment. It’s very corporate and high stress. If you’re good at your job they will try to keep you there. They don’t really promote you and you have to claw your way up.
