They low ball on salary and don’t pay market rate. The performance raises are a joke. They are too top heavy in management. Management is clueless as to what’s going on most of the time. The quality organization is basically a dumping ground for management from other organizations who have no quality background which causes constant reorgs and musical chairs. They are losing top tier talent to other companies, more than I’ve ever seen in 2021 and 2022. Command media is a joke as most don’t follow it because there is no one at the top enforcing it. They handled COVID in 2020 terribly as majority of the site got to work from home full time as others were mandated to be on site even after they enforced a mask mandate which should have brought everyone back to site. Those that were on site full time received a one time $500 incentive which of course got taxed. Development programs are terrible to work on and avoid them if you can.
