Lockheed Martin reviews

My department was all based on management, and a lot of hard working people. Not always receiving credit for accomplishments made. Not rated individually as should have been.

I worked most of the time in KShell(80s technology) on software that had been written in the 90s and abandoned. They never implemented anything I made, so the internship was basically a joke. The environment is very gray and when you look at the corporate hierarchy you realize it's 9+ levels of management that don't do anything but come by once a month to recite platitudes and corporate propaganda. Most of the people here sit on six figures while the air traffic control software hasn't changed much in decades. Don't go here if you want a modern software environment to build useful relevant skills for the 21st century.
