      wealth and depth of knowledge base, fast paced work environment, exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies

      Cons

      Extremely profitable cost center for Lockheed Martin which translates into stagnant salary and promotion growth. Frustrating performance management system which forces management to punish bottom 20% of workforce. Over the years all the low performers have left so now high performance employees get punished by the system on a yearly basis.

      The professional staff is extremely talented and skilled. Everyone is willing to step up and lend a hand. Absolutely top notch people.

      Cons

      Management is abysmal. No interest in supporting staff and keeping staff skills current. Dismissive attitude towards customers.
