Pros
In my area, the work-life balance is considered. The flexibility to work remotely when necessary is very helpful when family needs arise or you simply have a delivery you must be present for at home.
Cons
The company has a very slow hiring/onboarding process. The salaries tend be lower than the industry average for my field. Too many layers of management and people with important titles not making significant contributions to the business.
