Lots of useless middle management positions, poor upper management coordination with engineering, unstable hours for some positions

Weekly paycheck, which is unheard of! Good 401k.

Cons

The role I was hired for is NOT what I was told it would be. The team is not supportive or helpful in general. Agile is very stringent and confining and used to micromanage. Teammates have resigned but with a company hiring freeze we are understaffed and overworked. The salary is low.
