      Challenging work, good people to work with.

      Cons

      Too much work, not enough people for the amount of work. Company scaling down to become more competiitve. Hiring younger employees to off balance the higher paid individuals.

      Pros

      every other friday off (9x80 Schedule), pension (for those that were hired in early enough).

      Cons

      Relatively low wages, very slow work pace. Very specific work experience that is hard to apply elsewhere.

      You'll get to do some interesting work. It's possible to carve out new opportunities for yourself.

      Cons

      You can be pigeonholed by success, making yourself too valuable to move on to a more interesting project. Upper management is largely unreceptive to bottom-up suggestions, despite their supposed dedication to "lean" and "kaizen" concepts.
