Pros
Lockheed Martin has access to some of the most advanced technologies around. Its engineering staff are top notch. As a company, it treats its subcontractors and small business partners well (and better than peers do). And, LM adheres to its motto more often than not ("We never forget who work for").
Cons
Lockheed Martin often finds a poor balance between its three stakeholder communities: employees, customers, and shareholders. Lowest on that totem pole are its employees. As a result, it suffers from high turnover.
