      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance, supportive management, great benefits, good culture, many opportunities to grow w/in the company and obtain varied experience in multiple domains. Senior management had good mix of business and engineering expertise.

      Cons

      When I worked there, some organizations had too many (unnecessary) levels of management, but I've heard that this has improved over the last few years.

      everything else they dont know anything I was on the pepco energy program supervisors were not smart employees are back stabbers its a high school environment if you didnt fit in you were disliked and talked about too much work for the one employee work changes all the time very petty

      Progressive technologies and brand. Excellent compensation and benefits. Excellent job growth/development potential with the ability to move laterally or vertically. The company is transparent about performance management, factors and qualifications considered for promotion, salary ranges, and development opportunities.

      Cons

      Culture of employees generates sense of entitlement which limits the engagement and results. The leadership has not been trained to balance the needs of the employees with management's objectives and business goals.
