Cons
Poor Internal Operational leadership. If one is working in a non-billable position within the company, it's about control and not about doing the right thing by your internal customer and what's right for the business. Way too much cat fighting and napoleon complexes. Lot's of bullying tactics in the workplace. No inclusion, collaboration, team playing and transparency. It's about ONLY the bottom-line and not about the people as the benefits would make one think. Leadership can be less than willing to allow one to take time off when needed. Not a strong resource in place to help one find work when contract comes to an end. The employee is on their own. Difficult to navigate through the company. Too many road blocks.
