Business Outlook
Pros
The people were fun, the work was interesting, and I had the best manager to date there. Money was ok, benefits covered what I needed them to. 3 weeks paid vacation and 12 days holiday yearly. Good place to end a career at because of the slow implementation of newer tech.
Cons
Not working on newer technologies. When you find yourself in a defense budget cut (and you will) your skills aren't going to translate well to the work force outside the defense industry. The work wasn't technically challenging and my knowledge base suffered considerably because of that.
