Pros

Unlimited opportunity and exposure to any professional, technical, or management functional area. The work place culture and atmosphere is outstanding. Entry level compensation is great, mid management compensation is measured.

Cons

On the technical side of the house, quite a few personnel were hired and compensated based upon their potential and not their existing knowledge, skills, and abilities.
