Pros
Interesting, meaningful work (depending on your interests). There are some excellent managers and very smart developers working at LM. If you are lucky enough to have a good manager and be on a good team, you will probably have a great time. There's lots of opportunities within the company grow or to change projects if you want a change of pace.
Cons
Benefits are lack-luster. The office building is not a motivating environment to work in. Not all developers care about their work. Red tape working for the government slows down the pace of development.
