Pros

Most people come to work here because they are passionate about what they do and want to do cool projects.

Cons

Benefits are so-so and for a major engineering company they are way behind the curve in many of their practices, and are in the mid 2000's as far as digital technology is concerned. Management also likes to over-promise which leads to a lot of frustration and turnover.
