STRONG union with competitive pay. Lots of opportunities to relocate if desired. Good hours.

Cons

Management hates the union which causes you to need them quite often. They will purposefully ignore the CBA to test the waters and see what they can get away with.

Well for one I get to build airplanes which is challenging and rewarding. I work with a diverse group and and always enjoy coming to work no matter what the challenge or task at hand.

Cons

Some things take time to happen because of the large bureaucracy but you learn to deal with it.
