Business Outlook
Pros
Generally low stress environment compared to other positions in LM. Flexible shift schedule allows employee to adjust accordingly for circumstances (sickness, holidays, etc...). Excellent benefits that compete with most others in the industry.
Cons
Very poor vetting of co-workers (new hires do not have the correct skills, and are unwillingly/difficult to train). Working at a customer site which causes interference with regularly scheduled work hours. 16.5% of pay is not given when working other than contract hours (taking holidays, sick leave, etc... causes a reduction in pay).
