Cons
Small Bonus and lower compensation compared to similar roles in the area. Lots of politics once you get into management positions even at the middle management role. Sometimes the weekend and overtime support would not be handled correctly and the burden would be placed on certain individuals, while others were able to say they "didn't want to" or "already had plans", like the 1-2 employees that got stuck with it didn't have plans and wanted to work their weekends away.
