Lockheed Space - good benefits, mediocre pay, bad at winning

Pros

Lockheed has great retirement and other benefits. Pretty strong job security

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the industry. There is very little commercial projects to work on because they keep losing proposals to blue, Sierra, NG, RTX, etc. if you want to work classified military programs it's a good option. It's ultra corporate with lots of red tape and bureaucracy and with very little managerial transparency.
