      The work is decent, and you get to meet some really cool people.

      Cons

      management has no clue, union does nothing, union is on the company side, supervisors have no clue how to build an aircraft. Good ol boy program for any kind of advancement. no promotions. everyone gets paid the same regardless of experience.
