Pros

Work life balance Flex Schedule Tuition Assistance 401k match Interesting work

Cons

Difficult to get promoted and often times have to make internal moves and/or relocate. Commonly saw employees asked to work well beyond their work scope and often times take on the scope of higher level jobs for no additional compensation and without reward.

Pros

A four day work week

Cons

No longer the work life balance we used to have with the new VPs. We used to be able to manage our schedules and now they require us to be in office for a minimum of 10 hours a day. Zero value added going into the office for Procuremnet job just to sit in tiny cube all day that you have to share. Management has gone downhill.
