Pros

Very well respected company that is engineering a brighter future. Ability to receive a masters degree and formalized training that are useful

Cons

Antiquated culture and management style. The company is going to lose a great deal of manpower as baby boomers retire and they are not equipped to attract and maintain promising young talent. There is very much a culture of the "old boys" club. Management overreacts to everything (ie if you want to work from home if there is inclement weather) but does little to provide guidance. Young talent is very much looked down upon. If you do not fit the mold of an LM employee, you will not enter the "club" and have a hard time advancing and progressing. If you do meet the mold, you will be working at LM for the rest of your career....good luck with that!
