The 401k match is amazing and the different career paths you can take in the company are amazing. Lots of people spend their whole careers at this one company.

Cons

Slow to update to new tools/software. Health insurance is not great. Culture can be competitive

management has the best transparency of future and contracts. awsome projects and top secret stuff career opportunity is a very good company focus on defense mindset and protection national defense

Customers and US Government can determine your program. based on policy US Government can determine your future Constantly looking for other positions if your program is cut or unstable.
