Pros

Great salary, great benefits, lots of access to online training to further your skills development for free. Good military benefits

Cons

The people I worked with were great, overall. There were a few strong personalities, as usual. There was often frustration with processes that slowed us down, or seemed futile.

Pros

Flexible work environment. Good benefits.Like to see more options to chose healthcare.

Cons

Buddy system. If the PMOs do not like you if give it straight they will gang up on you to eventually get rid of you. Lots of nepotism. People who talk the talk but can not walk the walk running proposals and losing badly. Forced to take LM medical insurance which is more expensive and express scripts prescription are the worst.
