Room for growth within the company just not in PM
Cons
Not enough people on the team to help when it’s needed. No work/life balance. Management has terrible communication and poor delivery when they do. No bonuses for working being put in. Supervisor overrides plans that work amongst co workers for own benefit and self gain. Not a team work environment at all.
