Not enough people on the team to help when it’s needed. No work/life balance. Management has terrible communication and poor delivery when they do. No bonuses for working being put in. Supervisor overrides plans that work amongst co workers for own benefit and self gain. Not a team work environment at all.

Lack of structure, Lack of communication and documentation regarding all types internal changes. Poor management behavior; the Partners talk negatively about each other to employees - Upper management talks to employees like they are children; extremely disrespectful. Inability to document internal process and procedures. Questionable diversity practices. No company mission statement
