Just what I needed

Pros

- Friendly co-workers, social people and supportive. - Felt wanted in my position from day 1 and have great feedback on work from the wider teams - Issues are dealt with head on and in a respectful manner - People want to know you for you not just for your job, or because they want something from you (great culture) - Benefits are very strong, the pension is very attractive - great charity events, we recently did a 23km walk which was a tonne of fun Might be rose tinted glasses still, as I came from a very toxic workplace beforehand, but overall everyone is inviting and caring. I've experienced so many positives while being at Lockton, and I love that there are so many long-standing members of staff that are still singing praises of the company.

Cons

- sometimes can be long hours, but this is really on me to create better boundaries

Pros

Some really genuine people with a lot of skill/talent. Nice office space.

Cons

Poor work/life balance - consistently overworked and underpaid. Poor associate development. Feedback is not shared properly in order to grow in your career.
