-Growth, you see people all the time being promoted within a year -Community, you can typically find your favorite possible team here, there's a group for everyone. -Pay, decent pay increases, especially with promotions

Cons

-Culture, alludes to a great culture and environment but definitely has that fraternity feel. -Heavy workload, as of this posting the workload is insane. Major burnout across the company -Accountability, so many mistakes and nothing ever done about it

Understanding of family values and needs. Expects hard work, top notch time management skills, and upmost customer service and personal skills regardless of job position.

Cons

Often times extremely busy. A company full of middle management. Everyone is your boss. However, these managers work hard and do real tasks. They are not fillers.
