      A reminder that candidate experience reflects company culture. I recently travelled to London for an in-person interview after being assured I would hear back by Wednesday the next week. After taking leave and covering travel expenses, I am now three weeks without any communication, despite follow-ups. It’s not about rejection, it’s about respect. Clear communication is a basic professional courtesy. I hope organisations remember that how they treat candidates speaks volumes.
