      - Good Office Location - Good Salary - Dental and Pension

      Cons

      - Too many adhoc tasks, no structure - Fake smiles in the office and passive aggressiveness - Poor leadership, never had a one on one review - Lots of mind games in the office (high school mentality) - Emotional outbursts by "leaders" - Working long hours but why? Everyone is busy doing a bunch of random things that are ultimately meaningless - Deadlines serve as a way to drain the most out you. It's purely psychological - There isn't a spirit of collaboration really just a bunch of people tolerating each other in the office and playing pretend - Performative culture
