Pros

Best part is probably the company culture which is usually not super corporate considering the size of the company. But it is also a very decentralized company. Each office and each "Series" (US region) operates semi-independently with their own leadership, strategy, and day to day differences. Working at the KC headquarters is very different than working at the Washington DC office for example. The business as a whole is very strong so generally layoffs and downsizing are not a common thing.

Cons

It can be a "boys club". DEI is not really a thing. Again, this is very location dependent so this is not the case everywhere.
