      Pros

      Employee's and upper management are nice and supportive.

      Cons

      Lack of communication with training and implementing new ideas. Very fast paced working environment, everything is a rush and needs to be done right away.

      Pros

      The corporate office is awesome and in a great location in Kansas City. They do a lot of social activities which helps engage the younger crowd, like beer Fridays, awesome holiday parties, etc. The benefits are cheap and pretty good. And their maternity plan is AWESOME!

      Cons

      The work is so boring, but people keep working there because of all the benefits and fun things to do.

      Competitive benefits, nice people, competitive environment

      Cons

      Formal training is lacking but getting better. Management does not listen to younger associates with new ideas. They have a "if it's not broken, why fix it?" type of attitude towards many things. No tuition reimbursement. They emphasize culture, but it's really broken into cliques.
