- Free drinks and food quite often

Cons

- A lot of racial bias. The last three people to leave or be fired were all African American. Experienced black face in the team group chat and someone was ripping down the pride posters during pride month (neither people were fired). - They will make you work a higher up role promising to promote you and never will. (Happened three times in the six months I was there). - Also a culture of being shamed into skipping your breaks and lunches. - You get talked down to for having any ideas on how to make improvements. - The leadership team is made up of family friends so no one is really held accountable
