      Entrepreneurial opportunities, competitive compensation, work hard/play hard environment, strong sense of culture and team, high growth, associates' work is appreciated and valued. This is a great place to grow your career!

      Cons

      Fast paced environment (pro or con) - I think it is a pro! If you are used to moderate/slower work places, this is not a good fit.

      Lockton has an all in commitment to clients, colleagues and the community. The client teams deliver service the way it should be with significant resource firepower to back it all up. It also has an unrivaled growth trajectory and an impressive commitment to training. And it's a fun place to work !
