11yThanks for the feedback. If you are seeking more training, talk with your manager and other leaders and take ownership of your own career development. Lockton has lots of development opportunities if you seek them out. As for tech, make suggestions on how we can get better. The (relatively) new agency management system is a big improvement and later this year you'll see a more flexible and customized intranet.
