      Pros

      Benefits were good. Some very good account managers to assist in managing client accounts.

      Cons

      Nepotism is rampant. Jealous upper level management who lied to keep accounts, or to win new accounts, and blamed lower level employees for all account issues. Producers rountinely were untruthful to clients, who finally would figure it out and dropped the service..

      Pros

      Lockton really does its best to make sure you have a happy work life balance. During busy season you may find yourself staying a bit later, but for the most part you are out by 5PM. The benefits are great, the company definitely cares about employees. There is ample opportunity to grow with the company. They invest heavily in training associates.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit lower than some competitors, seems like it is quicker to jump companies for promotions and pay raises.

      Great benefits, 401(k) match, maternity/paternity leave policy, company culture is very social

      Cons

      Very old school when it comes to working remotely. You now must be a Senior Account Manager in order to work remote (maybe) one day per month. A lot of pressure is put on perfection and competition for advancement is fierce.
