      I enjoy the travel and the work. There are a lot of perks that are great for this company.

      Can independently run your book. No micro managing Good pay and flexibility (although this depends on the unit manager) Flat organization

      Cons

      Flat organization - if you want to be a broker and that is it, this is the best firm to do it at. If you want more of a career path, company is too flat to provide opportunities.
