      Pros

      Freedom to manage own workload, great exposure to big name clients, lots of opportunity to network, remuneration is decent, good opportunities to progress, worked with some great people

      Cons

      Least diverse company I've worked for, too many ineffective managers, you will be overlooked if your face does not fit OR you challenge their norm, outdated systems, sexist comments and attitudes are extremely normalised, office politics can make coming into the office unbearable (although this happens everywhere).
